Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant - (270) 885-1874

My wife and I visited this restaurant today as part of a trip down memory lane. I lived in Hopkinsville/Ft. Campbell, KY for almost 5 years while in the military. Jade Palace used to be our favorite place to eat, but now it's under new ownership and they are extremely rude. After taking one bite of their food, my wife and I told the waitress we were very unsatisfied and wanted to leave. After leaving and getting into our car, the same waitress flagged us down and told me we need to talk to her manager. I agreed, and the manager told me that she ain't gonna pay for somebody else's dinner again. I then asked to speak to the owner. He was very rude, spoke very little English, and asked me to sit at a private booth with him. After doing so, he asked what was wrong with the food. I told him the Lo Mein tasted like chicken noodle soup, and the sweet and sour chicken was very old. He went to the buffet, picked out four pieces of chicken, sat back down and ate them in front of me,

Jade Palace has been a restaurant in Hopkinsville for a while now and it has some of the best food in town. The pepper steak and chicken fried rice is by far my faves.

This Chinese resturant has been in Hopkinsville for 14 years and I have eaten there numerous times the food has always been fresh, hot and delicious. This has to be one of the best Chinese Resturants I have ever eaten at. The staff is always there to meet and greet you and fill your glass even if you only drank a small amount. They are always trying to serve you the best way possible. PROS: Great Food CONS: More central location
